If you’re unsure about exporting stems or preparing files, guidance is available throughout the process. Press the button below!

Step 1: Choose your service

Select the service that best fits your project.

Step 2: Providing Details

When you have chosen the service you desire and clicked “add to cart”, a form asking for your details will pop up. Before adding the service to your cart, you’ll be asked to complete a short project form.

The form is designed to gather the information needed to achieve your vision efficiently and minimise unnecessary revisions.

Step 3: Payment & Files

Once you have filled out the form and your desired service is in your cart, complete checkout, and then shortly afterwards you will receive a confirmation email containing a Client Service Agreement Contract to sign, as well as a link to your own private page on my website where you will be able to upload your file(s) to Google Drive. Once this contract is read-through and signed then work will begin.

Please note that work will not begin until the aforementioned contract is signed. I advise you view this Client Contract on my site before you pay. The contract isn’t too long and is as legible as possible, with fair protections for both you and I.

Step 4: Possible Contact

In the event I don’t have enough information from the service form, I will reach out to you via your preferred method of contact and ask some additional questions. If contact cannot be established within 24 hours, work may begin based on the information already provided.

Step 5: Work Begins

Mixing and/or Mastering will begin, and you will be able to see the progress of your project on the private page where you uploaded your file(s). Note: The progress-tracking section is updated by hand, and may not exactly reflect the current progress of your project, although every effort is made to keep it as accurate and up-to-date as possible.

Step 6: Revisions if Needed

Single Track Projects:

You’ll be notified when your completed track is ready for review. Included revisions must be requested within 72 hours of notification.

Each track includes:

  • up to 3 minor revisions
    OR

  • 1 major revision + 1 minor revision

Multi-Track Projects:

Tracks may be uploaded progressively as they are completed. Revisions can be submitted while other tracks are still being worked on.

Revision allowances apply individually to each track.

Step 7: Final Delivery

You will be notified by email and/or text that your order has been completed, if there are no revisions your file will remain accessible for 31 days.

If you lose your copy of the file after 31 days, depending if you opted into the Project Recovery Option, I may be able to re-send you a copy of the project for a fee. As stated in the contract you will need your client-specific code, shared at the initial invoice time, to access this new copy. In some cases, recovery may still be possible if identity can be reliably confirmed.
